Hello there and welcome to this week’s Runway Inspired Challenge! We have another awesome inspiration photo and the chance to win a prize from Ellen Hutson.
Here’s my card:
I began by stamping the Impression Obsession Damask Background with Delicata Golden Glitz Ink onto black cardstock, and then brushing with Gold Perfect Pearls.
I set the Perfect Pearls with a light mist of water and then used the smaller frame die from Avery Elle’s Finished Frames to die-cut a panel from the inked background.
I added some ink splats to a white card base and the foam mounted the panel to the centre. I then used the solid and lace versions of the My Favorite Things Flutter of Butterflies to die-cut the butterfly shapes out of co-ordinating vellum and cardstock. These were adhered together and then stuck to the panel.
The sentiment, which comes from Altenew’s Label Love, was first stamped onto a piece of white cardstock, trimmed and then foam mounted.
Be sure to stop by the Runway Inspired Challenge blog for more inspiration from the rest of the DT members and play along for the chance to win!
Thanks for stopping by 😉
