Neat & Tangled February Release, Day 2: Panda Die

Hello again!

Time to showcase some more goodies from the Neat & Tangled February Release!

Day 2 is for the Panda die and the So Many Sentiments stamp set – both can be used in so many ways – here’s my card:

I knew I wanted to pair a happy, positive and bright sentiment from the set with the Panda die, and decided to stamp it with Versafine Onyx Black ink onto a panel of white cardstock. I had curved it a little so that it would follow the contour of the die-cut the Panda face that was above the sentiment.

I set the panel aside and moved on to the card base. I adhered strips of coloured paper directly onto the card base at a diagonal for some interest. I trimmed the excess paper off the sides of the base and then foam mounted the die-cut panel on top.

The bright colours showed through the Panda apertures and matched the sentiment perfectly!

But I didn’t leave it there…the card looked a little bare, so I added some enamel dots and sequins to finish it off.
