MFT May Release – New Product Launch

Hey peeps! Thanks for joining me for the My Favorite Things May Release New Product Launch!

Print

Today, I am featuring the Tickled Pink stamp set designed by Laina Lamb – there are some really witty sentiments in this set, and they can be paired up with almost anything you might have in your stash! Here’s how I did just that:

I pulled out various shades of pink Distress Inks along with the new Build-able Blooms set, and just started stamping the various images across a card front.

Some images were stamped on top of each other with the pink inks and some were stamped in isolation with Delicata Golden Glitz ink.

On a separate piece of cardstock, I stamped one of the sentiments from Tickled Pink with black dye ink. I trimmed the sentiment into two thin strips and then foam mounted them to the card.

I can see myself creating a whole bunch of backgrounds using the floral stamp set in a wide range of colours, and then setting them aside for when I need them ;-). To finish, I added a few pink and black sequins.

Very pretty card, the flowers look beautiful. Must say I love how you did the two long strips with the sentiments, really very effective. Will have to check out this idea myself. Thanks for sharing.
