CAS-ual Fridays CFC128 – So long!

Hello everyone and Happy Valentine’s Day!

So this is the last challenge of this particular term for CAS-ual Fridays, and the theme is to create a goodbye or farewell card in a longer size. With that in mind, I could only really go one way and that is to say thanks to the lovely Michele for asking me to join my very first Design Team all those months ago! Thanks for everything Michele!

I wanted to keep this super clean and simple, and have had these different coloured ‘thanks’ die-cuts sitting on my craft table for a while (Paper Smooches Thanks Word Die). There are six die-cuts in total stacked jauntily on top of one another, the top one being white. I adhered them together with Glossy Accents and also to the card base, which is 3.5 inches high by 7.5 inches wide.

The sentiment is from the Papertrey Ink Wonderful Words Thank You Mini Set and fits perfectly below the die-cut element. I thought about adding gemstones or embellishments but decided not to because I thought the card was fine without – what do you think?
